Summit School’s Annual Golf Tournament returns on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the prestigious Royal Montreal Golf Club for a full day of golf, community, and impact in support of neurodiverse education. Why We Play: The Empower Initiative

Empower is Summit School’s school-to-work pathway for neurodivergent youth.

Inside Summit (TECC, ages 16–21): Students train within real micro-businesses—like Summit Bistro, Summit Flora/Copy Centre, and more—learning kitchen and production workflows, customer service, and life skills in an authentic environment.
Across Montréal: Empower partners with more than 50 local employers to offer internships and supported hires in culinary, retail, administrative, creative/digital, and other fields.
With Support That Works: Summit provides on-site job coaches and carefully matches students to business needs—an approach employers say makes inclusive hiring easier and more successful.

Recent media coverage has profiled Empower’s expansion and its open call for new businesses to join as partners. Employers gain a supported pathway to inclusive hiring, while students develop independence, confidence, and real-world competencies that set them up for long-term success.
