Ô Four

We are thrilled to announce a new stage placement at Ô Four, located at 3452 Park Ave in Montreal! This highly rated, cozy restaurant and bakery specialize in authentic Lebanese cuisine and has generously opened its doors to our external stage program, giving our students the opportunity to develop their kitchen skills.

At Summit, students build foundational skills through our internal stages—either at Summit Café with Marc McKeown and his team or at TECC Bistro with JJ Heffring. These transferable skills prepare students who are interested in gaining further experience in external placements such as Ô Four.
