This winter, the Bistro Program created the Kitchen to Classroom project. Cookies in the shape of Migou, the school's mascot, were baked in the Bistro kitchen. Students then cooled their creations, and packaged them for each classroom at Summit School. In the package were decorations like candy eyes, blue icing and much more.
These packages were then delivered to over 40 classrooms, so students could decorate their own Migou cookies with the guidance of older Bistro students. This project was a great success, and taught students many skills, in and out of the kitchen!
